Growing up I always thought I'd become a teacher, a psychiatric nurse, lawyer, clothing or interior designer – a wild array of professions. Then, just before graduating high school I was approached by a woman who asked me to model for a Vidal Sassoon soiree and I excitedly agreed. That one decision changed the course of my professional life. I decided I could take the time to invest in a 10 month program to become a hairstylist at Vidal Sassoon. It was far and away the best school in the country and only a half hour from home so I took the plunge. Little did I know that once I got started I would enjoy it so much that success came easy. Having had such great training and naturally being comfortable talking to almost anyone about anything has proven to be a great combination.

I've worked at a few of the best salons in Los Angeles, Buenos Aires, and Seattle throughout my career. Around 1992 I decided I was ready for a change. I preferred the idea of working alone and being able to give my clients my undivided attention in a more private setting. Unable to find just the right place and location to suit everyone proved to be the final epiphany; I would have to go to them. Thus began my idea of making house and office calls. I decided I would come to my clients instead.

Now, many years and changes later (marriage, a child, and now a move) my schedule and availability has varied, but my services have remained the same.
